Somatic Forgiveness

Somatic Forgiveness

What is somatic forgiveness?

It’s a methodical and transformative approach to the things you want to “let go of”. This process is often experienced as a release of a massive weight in your entire being. I think of myself as a tour guide and you are one on the journey and your pace will speed or slow down the journey.

Who is it for?

Somatic Forgiveness is for those of us that have experienced chronic or heightened awareness of:

anger
rage
resentment
and/or annoyance

You’ve been ruminating on the negativity. It takes up too much space. You’ve been experiencing the pain, increasingly, compiled with the uptick of collective stress. Regular therapy isn’t doing it. Frankly, you’re tired feeling this way. You’re exhausted and sick of it.

What it isn’t

Somatic Forgiveness is NOT a religious practice.
It is NOT a way to condone harmful behavior.
It’s NOT for the person that engaged in harm. (It’s for YOU)

What to expect

Learn how to be free of painful and hurtful distractions and create more spaciousness in our body, heart and mind.

How long will it take?

Everyone is different. I ask that you commit to 6 sessions. This is the average pace. You and inabel will know if you need less or more sessions.  Do not expect that you will instantaneously experience somatic forgiveness after one or two sessions.

Lasting benefits

The benefits of completing this process, will have lasting effects that are often life changing, for the good. After this, many have found a way to apply this work to other areas of their life, during the journey and for years to come.

Are you curious? Are you willing to be ready to forgive?

There are no known human survivors of the genocide of the Uypi. The Amah Mutsun tribal band are the lands indigenous stewards here. The Amah Mutsan are the survivors of the San Juan Bautista and Santa Cruz missions. Learn how to support the land restoration and support the stewardship of the Amah Mutsun
